I'm leading a change programme which is to include reducing spend on external training providers.

The business I'm in spends a scary amount of money on training providers to deliver some fairly generic courses such as;

·         Influencing Skills two days course (for a wide range of levels in the business, but mostly caters for senior managers.)

·         Presentation Skills two days course (again needs to be suitable to all levels, but participants are likely to be at manager level or above delivering regular presentations, in depth and lots of practical sessions filming presentations then playing back etc etc)

·         Business Writing one day course (this is typically aimed at senior advisers, non-managers).

·         Presenting for Impact one day course (this is aimed at senior advisers, non managers, covering presenting yourself effectively with colleagues, at meetings, when delivering presentations etc) 

There is roughly 10-20 days of training delivery per year, mostly in London and Shannon (Ireland), although sometimes in other countries around Europe.

I've used training providers in the past who have charged around £1400 a day maximum to deliver courses (and about half of this for design/prep time). 

I would be really keen to hear from you if you are an experienced provider with fees similar to the one mentioned above... or if you can recommend anyone that would be great. Knowledge of the insurance industry would be a benefit (but not overly important).
