   Hi .

   There are a whole range of places that will sell the goods you mention. I have used the trainingshop http://www.thetrainingshop.co.uk as they have discounts / offers and a wide range of training aids, toys etc. However they are closed until November

   There is also  http://www.trainersmarket.com. which is similar

   However depending on the numbers required it can be cheaper to buy direct for some  individual items

4. Lots of resources

   Well two thoughts.

   Firstly ebay – there are plenty of providers there, both of the ‘off the shelf’ variety, and those like me who sell material that can be adapted to meet needs.

   Ebay material is of variable quality, and tends to be low cost. Best thing is to read the feedback carefully before purchase.

   My own site http://www.andrewgibbons.co.uk has a lot of resources both free and extraordinarily low cost.
