training spend
The question presupposes that spend is the key factor in training effectiveness/outcome.
Surely the question is more “how have you decided what training is required” and to then fund this accordingly. In addition the question does not recognise that training can be often more effectively achieved by methods other than “courses” which have a more easily identifiable cost. Is the questioner an accountant by any chance?
