Please can someone give me examples, sources of information (internet, articles, books, ...) of training standards? I'am dealing with the development of a set of these standards including all kinds of aspects going from registration standards, cancelation, quality, delivery, evaluation to measurement.

AICC and SCORM
In selecting a way to produce (educational) material, one can not deny the relevance of actual standards like AICC, because what you will want is intercommunication with an administration or other type of learning management system, if only for record keeping.
Maintaining these standards also allows you to swich between various software or content providors.
The second standard is even more important SCORM: a new standard with above mentioned benefits, but with global acceptation, so you can exchange information with virtually anyone. We now devellop a content and knowledge management system based on this standard.
