Training Trends 2003 – your votes needed!

default-16x9

At the end of 2000, TrainingZONE launched its first ever annual survey into the current state of training in the workplace.

Training Trends 2001 duly revealed that online learning and coaching were experiencing an upsurge, while classroom-based training remained at the core of training delivery. When we surveyed the TrainingZONE audience again at the end of 2001, Training Trends 2002 found e-learning continuing its rise in popularity, but classroom training was still thriving, with a strong emphasis on techniques which help to develop the individual.

A year on, and Training Trends 2003 is being unveiled to find out what's changed. Has the way you deliver training changed significantly in the last 12 months? Are some training methods more successful than others? Training Trends 2003 focuses attention on a series of important questions to determine the nature of current practice. Amongst the issues covered by the research are:

  • Changes in the way training is delivered,

  • The uptake in online learning,

  • Current practice in evaluating training and learning,

  • The level of organisational support for learning.
  • Training Trends 2003 will provide an accurate, up-to-the-minute picture of training and staff development practice today.

To take part in the research, simply complete the online survey form. Contribute your vote by completing our questionnaire now, and you'll receive a copy of the results when they're published.
