Trainings for Indirect sales managers

My department is in charge with selling telecom services through an independent distribution network. I have to organize a training for our Indirect sales managers so I would be very grateful to anybody that can suggest me trainings that could improve their strategy/business skills in order to make the distribution network more effective.
