a 'useless quango' - but TrainingZone members don't agree.

Tom Debenham who refers to Lewis as 'desperate' says the
details are wrong:

"His report is reproduced under the list of '10 most poorly
researched reports masquerading as fact."

We would like to hear your views; does IIP deserve to sit
alongside the 'outcasts' list - including among others
