A TrainingZONE eye view
=======================
This week TrainingZONE gained an insight into the world of Action
Learning, thanks to Dr Richard Hale of the Institute of Management
Centres Association. Often shrouded in mystery as some kind of
spiritual process or seen as an academic endeavour, in our interview
Dr Hale helped to explode some of the myths and misunderstandings
around the subject.

As we reported a few weeks ago, The IMCA are joining forces with
TrainingZONE and its sister communities to launch an Online CPD
Business School, which will allow people with common professional
interests to work together on Action Learning qualifications
based on real work challenges, accessing business journals and
information from anywhere in the world. Thousands of managers
have benefited from the Action Learning approach through the IMCA
over the last 30 years: we're excited to be able to offer this
opportunity to TrainingZONE members over the next few months.
