Editor's note
=============
This week's theme seems to be all things 'e'. Although e-learning
has yet to fully establish a niche for itself in the world of
training delivery, it can't be denied that all manner of
activities, including learning, are likely to benefit in the longer
term from the technology made available by the Internet. This
week, we announce the launch of a new Academy for HR and training
professionals, which offers courses and workshop sessions online.
If you're unsure whether e-learning will work for your
organisation, how about using the Academy to try it out yourself
first?

Collaborative tools have a great potential for sharing
information over the web, and we'll be looking to make good use
of these at June's H.O.T. conference. If you can't be there in
person, you'll be able to be there 'virtually' to hear the latest
views and opinions from some of those involved at the heart of
today's training practice. And if you can't wait that long to
get involved, there are two top job opportunities in the world
of the web currently on offer in the Career Zone.

Go online and enjoy!
