Editor's note
=============

Regular users of TrainingZONE will notice a few changes to the
site over the last week or so. With so much on the site, we've
been working for a while to make the news, resources, training
materials, jobs, tenders and community features easier to find,
and quicker to access. We hope the results are successful!

Next week, thousands of training professionals will converge on
the Birmingham NEC to attend one of the key events in the
training year. This year, the popular Training Solutions show
has a very special event running alongside it, as we've had a key
hand in bringing together some of the key names in training and
learning to tackle the main issues confronting TrainingZONE
members today. Hands on Training promises to be a leading edge,
practice-focused, three-day conference with something for
everyone. A few places remain - to book, or to find out more,
