If you haven't had a chance to look over the programme for the exclusive TrainingZone Live yet, you could be missing a trick.
On 25 and 26 of May, some of the leading figures in the sector will be gathering in London to take part in two days of industry insight and cutting-edge learning and development.
Thanks to everyone who provided feedback on what you'd like this event to involve. Based on what you told us, we've purposefully limited the number of available delegate places to ensure we can deliver the intimate and interactive workshop learning environment you asked for.
Full details of the day are available on the event website, though we are pleased to be able to announce a handpicked selection of top-level speakers and workshop leaders, catering for both training managers, directors and training providers.
These include the highly respected Jim Kirkpatrick, who will be bringing his famous ‘Four Levels’ evaluation model to the UK for the first time; and Dr Peter Honey, renowned for his Learning Styles theory, will run a workshop exploring the 10 key truths about learning and training.
Deborah McGovern, principal consultant for Belbin, will run a workshop exploring the Belbin Team Roles and how they contribute to an understanding of team management. All delegates will receive a free Belbin Team Roles Assessment as part of the event.
Sharon Gaskin will examine why freelance trainers should be using social networking as part of their marketing mix, exploring many of the dos and don'ts associated with the various networking tools available.
The event will be chaired by Nick Hindley, and our keynote speaker is the amiable Charles Jennings.
On day two, Jim Kirkpatrick's highly popular 'Training on Trial' workshop will explore various ways to demonstrate the value of training to the bottom line of your business.
This event is a fresh take on the format, and will allow training managers, directors and providers to network and learn in a relaxed environment, interacting directly with industry thought leaders and their peers, discovering new ways to turn learning and development from a box-checking exercise, to a strategic, value-adding business operation. We're excited about delivering this event, we hope you'll be excited about attending.
Places are limited, and delegates booking before the 31 March will score themselves an earlybird discount, so book now to avoid disappointment.
