Editor's note
There's good and not-so-good news in a new survey of large
companies and their attitudes to training.

The good news being that the vast majority of those interviewed
recognised that training was crucial to business success, and felt
it was far too strategic to outsource.

The not-so-good news is that few were willing to put their money
where their mouth is and translate this recognition into an
increase training budgets.

Have you managed to increase your training budget? Perhaps you used
some of the tips Paul Kearns revealed in his Bitesize Business
Partners series? Share your budget boosting tips by clicking "add
