General recomendations
Hello Suzy
I’ve read TA Today : A New Introduction to Transactional Analysis by Ian Stewart and Vann Joines. Very useful from a personal and counselling perspective.
I’ve heard people recommend the Thomas & Amy Harris books for a business context.
Also see http://www.businessballs.com/transact.htm
for an overview and general book list.

Books on Transactional Analysis
Since this question was written in 2008 there have been a number of books on the market that would be of assistance to those working in organizations. Whilst most do not address sales directly most trainers would be able to utilise the work of Julie Hay in Transactional Analysis for Trainers, which she updated in 2009. Gunther Mohr has also done a book-on-demand entitled Individual and Organisational TA for the 21st Century, which is a collection of papers on Org. TA. Another is our own one on "Working Together, Organizational Transactional Analysis and Business Performance" publihsed by Gower in July this year. The audience for which is those working in organizations and has vignettes and exercises to aid understanding.
Whilst this is very late, I found this question in a search and I thought there was still value in letting people know of the new books that are out there, reviews for which can be found on Amazon.
Happy reading. Anita
