The UfI’s invitation to submit proposals for the establishment of learning centre hubs was launched last week. It gave notice that it would be supplemented by special advice covering our thinking about developments in and for Wales. This webpage fulfils that commitment with a view to completing the formal launch of our request for proposals in Wales.
