Human Equations is about to launch a major new study on best practices and the current state of succession planning as a strategic tool in the development of UK businesses.
The study hopes to identify how UK organisations currently ensure leadership continuity and build a talent pool internally. This is a general request for anyone involved in designing and implementing succession planning programmes who would like to participate in the survey to contact us.
We are primarily looking for senior managers, HR and HRD professionals. The survey findings will be made available to all those participating free of charge.
