100 ways to say Well Done
Hi Claire
I have something which I use as an energiser during sessions on motivation or feedback. Split into 2 teams and they have to come up with as many ways as they can to say Well Done. I have a sheet which goes with it with 100 ways of saying it. Email me if you’d like a copy

Feedback sandwich
Suggest a three stage process which focusses on suggesting and reinforcing positive behaviour i.e.
What you did really well was …(something specific)
What would make it even better next time…(a positive suggestion)
Overall, you are doing really well at …(whatever is relevant).
