We consider to start working with BSC in our Training Department. Does someone has experience with starting such an initiative or is aware of some good resources i.e. on the net? I would appreciate comments and recommendations.

Yes, I’ve done it !
I have twice guided senior managers through a creation process for a BSC, based on both the original research, and a ‘multi-intelligence’ strategy/development tool.
