Violence and Aggression Training Videos

I have been looking for training videos that show how to manage/defuse violent and aggressive situations, in both internal and external customer situations (in retail/leisure businesses).

I’m wondering if there is anything out there other than Counter Violence and the Fenman video (which is very dated and wouldn’t have much credibility in my organisation).

Any thoughts or suggestions out there? Many thanks!

    Their website seems to be having problems at the moment, so I cannot guarantee that they could help, but have you tried the Security Industry Training Organisation, SITO? They offer training in retail and leisure security, so may have some resources you could use.
