Just started a new role as Training Design manager and its very obvious that there is an urgent need to virtualise the training we provide.

I've used Adobe Connect a lot and love it, but I am conscious that other software is probably just as good and I want to hear the pro's and cons of software you may have used, whether its Sdobe, Webex, GoTo, and so on.
