We have a comprehensive VQ support programme for which we fund 100% costs for all staff to Senior Manager level. Senior Managers then contribute 25%, Assistant Directors contribute 50% and Directors are not eligible for funding at all.
We want to review this as we think perhaps it is not really compatible with status as an Investor in People, but would be interested to know what you do and whether your managers contribute in any way.
For all staff, we have a payback system in which we reclaim 100%of monies paid if staff leave during the course and 50% of costs if they leave within the following year.
