I plan to cover the Vroom Yetton decision making model in an upcoming workshop.

Have you taught this or something similar and if so do you have any good ideas on a team exercise to illustrate the method?

Thanks in advance.

I would create a scenarios ( client specific if possible) and based on the various approaches and get the teams to dicuss the pros and cons / parameters.

Maybe base the entire workshop around a simulation and gradually build the scenarios around more and more challenging scenarios. e.g. time constraints that replicate the client environment and context.

    Hope this helps.
