The Success Group have developed a process toolset that enables groups to design organisational structures or process flows that clearly put people in the driving seat relative to the tasks they undertake in the workplace.

This model is now at the data collection stage and we would like to trial this with live groups who are involved in process management, continuous improvement, change management or ERP implementations. This work is also linked with research sponsored by UMIST around Stress Management. The data, positive and negative feedback and general comments will be treated in total confidence.

The model has be designed to be interactive and highly tactile and aims to deliver people driven processes that minimise stress impacts yet maximise the process flow and deliver results. Ideal group size would be up to ten and the session would take half a day.
