What bothers your senior managers?

default-16x9

When I was an internal consultant, we could not get senior managers interested in development UNTIL we found out they were all too busy. Then we offered a completely unknown course on time management and in a week 95% signed up!

Now I am an external consultant and am looking for an equivalent "Aha", as are many of my professional colleagues, I suspect. So, if you can say what are the key developmental issues that your senior managers are concerned about, we may be more able to give you what you want. Sharing this information may help the training community too.

I have thought that: -

Eliminating unnecessary work, providing time, space and attention to help people think and helping people work better together were key - but I may be wrong.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Best wishes
