I’m currently developing some new material on how to get on
better with your manager. As part of this process, I’m conducting
a survey into what people really think about their bosses. I recently
noticed a TV advert claiming to have tested a product on 28 people
– somehow that didn’t impress me. So, my target is to get at least
1000 responses in the next month. This feels like quite a challenge,
so I really need your help.

There’s no way I can link up a response with an individual, so you
don’t need to worry about your boss ever finding out what you said
about them. If you don’t currently have a manager, you can use one
from your past.
I’d also like you to tell your friends and colleagues about the
survey (the easiest way is to use the ‘tell a friend’ form, the link to which comes up after you’ve completed the survey).
