We are looking to introduce a new LMS system. Our old system manages course bookings and holds a number of e-learning courses. I'd be interested to hear what other organisations use their LMS for. We are keen to get the most out of the new system and don't want to miss a trick! We will be using our new L&D Portal in future, which has just gone live for PDPs. I want to create a 'wish list' for our meeting with the IT team.

Features for LMS
Hi. We’re looking to introduce an LMS but want to get the most features for our bucks. We currently have an antiquated training management system but want to expand to include Talent Management, Performance Management, 360 appraisals, Succession Planning, Career Paths etc. The ‘all singing, all dancing’ system at the moment seems to be Cornerstone which is very impressive – but comes at a price.
