We are currently updating our research on the biggest challenges learning and development, change consultants, coaches etc face in trying to achieve their personal and organisational goals. And how they seek to resolve these issues.
Existing data from the past 3 years shows that 2 of the top challenges were “influencing business managers to either provide budget for an intervention or training, or to attend such event” and “succeeding in transferring learnings from classroom/coaching session to the workplace”.
