What level of blend do your learners actually access?

I'm working on expanding my article on learning transformation and I'm now interested in current state of learning blend as part of that.

I'm over simplifying the issue I know but:

Based on usage (Not provision) across your organisation what % of Formal learning in your organisation is F2F vs 'e-Learning' v's resource based?

ie What blend are your learners actually using?

Any insights/thoughts would be welcome…. Company names aren't needed although sector (telecoms, banking, Legal etc ) would be helpful.
