I'm working on expanding my article on learning transformation and I'm now interested in current state of learning blend as part of that.

I'm over simplifying the issue I know but:

Based on usage (Not provision) across your organisation what % of Formal learning in your organisation is F2F vs 'e-Learning' v's resource based?

ie What blend are your learners actually using?

Any insights/thoughts would be welcome.... Company names aren't needed although sector (telecoms, banking, Legal etc ) would be helpful.
