What will the next generation be like?

We were discussing Generation X and Generation Y in a learning discussion recently,and I wondered what predictions people would care to suggest as to what the post-recession generation of learners and practitioners - let's call them generation Z - will turn out to be like?

Some suggestions people raised were 'risk averse', 'prudent', 'wary' and many more along those themes.

In my opinion, the generation Z will be a revolutionary group of people who might try to invent their ways and means of survival. And the reason is because the current recessions hit hard everyone. And those of them who were spoon feeder are out of the window now. That lavation spending days has gone.

So they were placed in their prefect positions and everyone have to learn how to swim if even they did not know before they should learn now.

The generation Z will face an era of, “ necessity is the mother of all inventions” and they have to face it .
