I am a psychology student recently moved to the UK. I am looking to develop a career in training and development, and would welcome suggestions of how I can begin to get work experience and qualifications in the training and development industry.

    You don’t say what industry you wish to gain your experience in? What are your interests/goals? Do you have experience in a specific area you could transfer to a training role.
