Throughout 2001, both TrainingZONE and HR Zone are on the lookout for exceptional websites and web services. We have launched a series of awards which will recognise those websites which offer outstanding content and functionality to the user. Our members are invited to assist the editors in identifying sites which would merit a 'TrainingZONE Recommended Site Award' or an 'HR Zone Recommended Site' Award.
The criteria for an Award are:
- Strong value-added content of direct relevance to an audience of professionals engaged in HR and/or training
- Clarity of website design, including ease of navigation and 'user-friendly' feel
- Evidence of good customer/user support behind the website, particularly if the user encounters a difficulty
Nominations for the TrainingZONE Recommended Site Award should be sent by e-mail to the TrainingZONE Editor.
Nominations for the HR Zone Recommended Site Award should be sent by e-mail to the HR Zone Editor.
All awards will be announced on the site and in our newswires, and the recipients will receive a formal award which they can publicly display. The first award was presented in February to Don Clark's Big Dog site.
