I am designing a number of work books, aimed at self learning processes and positive behaviour.
Has anyone ever designed a course like this? Does anyone have any tips or ideas?

I have designed a couple of workbooks for Diversity and Time Management, my tip is keep them simple, make them colourful and above all make them relevant to your audience. Break up information with questions for your learners to answer and throw in quotes and thoughts of your own that are relevant to your topic. Use large margins on the spine side of the page and make it clear in your introduction that learners can write in the book. Highlight important facts or policies with simple clipart. Above all have a page limit in mind when you atart and stick to it!!! and then edit!!
hope this helps
