Workplace Bullying

default-16x9

Elaine Douglas - Chartered Psychologist - will be appearing in print in the New Year with her Manual/Toolkit about Workplace Bullying.

To coincide with this there will be a full page feature in a national newspaper, whjich will highlight the problem of Workplace Bullying.

Is there anyone out there who has experienced anh survived such bullying and who would be prepared to be identified, and tell of their experiences in order to help those too afraid/ashamed to admit that they are being bullied.

If there are please contact:
Elaine Douglas - douglase@enterprise.net

I WORKED AS A SOCIAL WORKER AND DISCOVERED THAT BULLYING WAS PART OF A CULTURE THAT HAD BEEN BUILT UP OVER MANY YEARS IN ORDER TO INTIMADATE WORKERS AS WELL AS VULNERABLE CLIENTS IN THE LOCAL AUTHORITY I WORKED FOR. WE WERE ABLE TO FIGHT IT BY REGULAR SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS TO WORK OUT EFFECTIVE STRATIGIES. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO TALK FURTHER ON THIS.
