I have been commissioned to write a book on workplace training. It's designed to be a "dip in" reference guide for managers and trainers covering all aspects including training needs assessments, different training formats and methods, training styles, becoming a learning organisation, basic learning theory etc. The idea is for it to be easily accessible and readable, mainly an introduction to whats possible. Its an aid to the organisation of the training function. Hopefully the reader will have their eyes opened and see new ways forward but to make it work I really need practical examples of methods forms or formats that have worked
If anyone has any such resource they would like to share for the book please get in touch. I can send more information if required. Full acknowledgement will be given.
Look forward to hearing
Thanks!

Workplace training book
Sorry can’t help – but the book sounds like just what I’m looking for at the moment!
New ways of learning
You should take a look at The Speaker’s Studio. They base everything on actual work experiences and you may be interested in the learning process also.
