Hi,
I have a team of trainers that are from a number of different backgrounds with no formal training qualifications. I am looking for the right qualification to put them through. It is important that whichever qualification is internationally recognised. What would people suggest?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,
Hi Steve,
It depends what you want the qualifications to do. The CIPD qualifications seem well-recognised internationally, but their training delivery qualifications seem to jump from a certificate at level 3 covering the basics, to a level 7 one on design, delivery and evaluation. Alternatively, a university qualification such as an MA, which can be designed around the needs and experience of your trainers.
