X-Perience Systemic Team Coaching Certificate May 2013

X-Perience Systemic Team Coaching certificate approved by the ICF (23.5 CCEU) is a  modular programme for upgrading organisational capability and sustainability, by developing change agents to lead and coach others.

Drawing on a range of team and behavioural change theories - notably Belbin Team Roles, Group Relations, Psycho-dynamic Analysis, Systems Theory, Theory U, Integral Leadership and others -  X-Perience Systemic Team Coaching certificate offers a nine month (6-modules, 12 days, 120 hrs study), practical, learning 'journey' that develops you as a team member and your skills to coach teams within organisations.

During the programme, participants apply their learning in practical 'client team' consultations.  Therefore participants will need to identify a client team project for this purpose. This  provides an opportunity for organisational engagement with this programme and for learning  to be embedded immediately.

This programme is ideal for internal and external experienced coaches or business transformation leaders and teams who wish to work more competently and strategically with whole organisational change with both one-to-one and team interventions.

Module 1 will start in May 2013 finishing early 2014 with case study presentation in Module 6

Module 2 in May 2013 is the Belbin Team Roles certification and is an open public workshop. This Systemic Team Coaching certificate qualifies for 23.5 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU - Core Competencies 9 and Resource Development 14.5) from the International Coach Federation.
