Your top film influences in training!

default-16x9

Films are often used in Training to demonstrate an effective leader's impact, or to inspire the delegates. But who are the top 10 characters who inspire in the Training Room?

Post your nominations here and TrainingZONE will follow up with a poll to find the ultimate shining example of inspiration from the hallowed halls of Hollywood.

Just to kick it off we at TrainingZONE think:

  • Xavier from the X Men - A potential NLP practitioner who runs arguably the best team building college on celluloid

  • Yoda of Star Wars Fame - The feisty green alien whose broken speech patterns bring a calming influence.

  • Baloo from the Jungle Book - The large grey bear and mentor to Mowgli 'the man cub'

  • Leon from the film Leon - The cold hitman who 'adopts' the orphaned girl Mathilda and teaches her his trade.

  • Captain John Miller of Saving Private Ryan - an inspirational leader in a time of crisis and good team builder to boot.

  • Gandhi - as the tag line for this blockbusting movie said 'His Triumph Changed The World Forever'.

  • T.E.Lawrence the man who became Lawrence of Arabia - If there was ever anybody who stayed behind to see the job get completed it has to be him.
  • Who would you add to the list? Post your nominations by using the 'add comment' facility below.
