I am looking to put together a library of in-house training modules that require very little preparation time or tools in order to gain quick wins with staff motivation, owndership and teamwork relating to customer service and going the extra mile. These modules are only meant to last 15 minutes and for use prior to shift starting for folks to then go out on the "shop floor" and servce and sell.
