2025 Culture Pioneer Awards: Entry period opens!

Calling all L&D professionals and advocates of learning cultures! The 2025 Culture Pioneer Awards are here, presenting you with an opportunity to showcase your success and inspire positive change within the workplace.

The entry period is now open for the 2025 Culture Pioneer Awards! Powered by digital publication HRZone, the programme will commend those committed to shaping the future of workplace culture.

As a media partner, TrainingZone is thrilled to help recognise the organisations and leaders driving progressive change in the workplace. Especially those focused on building great learning cultures!

As command-and-control leadership seems set to take center stage this year, Culture Pioneers is celebrating those who dare to lead forward. The focus will be on workplace cultures that excel in areas such as employee wellbeing, learning and development and inclusion.

Why enter the awards?

The 2025 Culture Pioneer Awards aims to recognise the leaders and organisations who are championing excellence in workplace culture.

As employee expectations evolve, earning the title of Culture Pioneer will highlight your genuine dedication to your people and their work environment.

This accolade will aid in attracting and retaining top talent while boosting your reputation as a progressive workplace culture advocate. Additionally, you'll become part of a dynamic community of like-minded leaders!

Key information and dates

The entry period is now open, so you can make a start on your entry today! (The deadline for completing entries is 3rd June 2025.)

To remove any financial barriers organisations or individuals may face, it is free to enter the Culture Pioneer Awards.

What’s more, you can enter as many categories as you like (see category information below), as long as you craft each entry to suit the respective category.

Finalists will be announced on 13th August across HRZone and Culture Pioneer’s digital channels.

Following this, our 2025 winners will be revealed on 16th October at our Culture Pioneers Leadership Forum in central London. Save the date, and check out our photo gallery from last year’s event to get a flavour of the day!
