I think it might help the community respond if you let us know what the job is? And a bit about yourself?

  2. yes the job is a training

yes the job is a training role and my background is learning and development and training. The sector is IT which would be new for me and the company are growing quickly and have won also won awards for being a great place to work

  3. it would really stand out if…….

…..you started off by saying that:

"As an L&D professional my greatest asset is my ability and willingness to listen……."

Then make good eye contact with each interviewer in turn and look quizzical.

After the three minutes of painful silence is up you can simply say

    "QED!"*

    And sit down.

It'll stand out but I think the plan may need some work if it is to secure you the job!

*"QED" is there to subliminally encourage questions after the presentation….someone is bound to ask what it means! (Quod Erat Demonstrandum~ Latin for "which has now been proven" (roughly))
