360 Degree Feedback/Profiling resource needed

Hi eveyrone,

Can anyone recommend any 360' Profiling companies/individuals/tools - I have looked at the 3 day Steven Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training workshop, in particulair their 360 Degree profiling part of the session, although this has proved to be quite expensive.

I'm looking to use 360 Degree feedback/profiling as part of my Retail Managers and Directors personal development plans, on-going 1:1 Coaching.

Any ideas, pointers would be greatly appreciated,

    Hi

    I have some excellent 360 appraisal questionnaires. They let the managers asses themselves prior to the questionnaire being sent to their manager, peers, colleagues, team and customers.

    Hi Buffy – I used ERAS in Diss, Norfolk to design a 360 degrees tool for a leadership programme – they have been great – its all managed on-line and via e-mail, if you want more info, contact name etc. let me know,

    I’m currently using the Saville Wave 360 with a senior team. It takes about 15 minutes to complete, up to 25 raters can be involved (ie self, reports, boss, peers and stakeholders) and the resulting report provides a good basis for development discussions. This is a really useful tool and example reports are accessible via their website.

    Hi Buffy,

    Take a look at http://www.2020insight.net for a flexible 360 tool that is fully customisable. Its leadership tools have development recommendations that can be built into the reports, which coaches, facilitators and survey subjects appreciate.

    Also, the aggregated data can (with a few clicks of a mouse) provide you with a Training Needs Analysis. When you repeat surveys, you can report on improvements to evaluate your programmes.

    Have a look at the SHL 360 tool, fully customisable, competency based, constructed around 230 or so behavioural statements. It can be deployed online and reports generated, along with suggested development actions etc. If you are interested in more details please drop me an email.
