Can any body reccomend 360 degree feedback forms. A few years ago I purchased some, that I was able to facilitate myself without the need of a consultant - but I cant remember where from! - Can anybody help?

  1. Go bespoke
For 360o feedback to be truly beneficial, not just to the participant, but to the organisation as a whole, you really need to look at the behaviours that you want to embed in the organisation.

Odds are that no off the shelf package will fully reflect the business you are in and the values within which you operate, so the best way to go is to have your own bespoke set.

When drawing up your set of 360 questions to use do take the time to be precise with the language though. You need to make sure that you avoid ambiguity in what you are asking so that all respondents interpret each question in the same way as far as possible. Focus on observable behaviour rather than feelings and impressions for really useful feedback.

By all means take a look at other question sets and books on the subject to get you started, but for long lasting organisational impact there’s no substitute for a unique question set reflecting your unique context.

  2. The Leadership Challenge
I recently bought a software package for the above course.

This is mentioned in the Havard review on Leadership models and its excellent.

It will only cost you £70 to buy it and you dont have to pay expensive consultants as it talks you through workshops etc

Can you give me more details on the 360 package you purchased?
