I need to keep the questionnaire quite broad but want help in structuring it for a client, if anyone has a template or model they could share with me that would really be appreciated.

  1. Make it relevant
    Have you got an accepted competence framework ? Start there. If not, you’ve got an uphill struggle without buy-in as to definitions, having the right competences etc.
