I am looking for a 360 tool, ideally on line, and would be interested in any recommendations from people.
The key things are:
I only have a few people to survey at the moment and do not envisage being able to spend much money up front for a big system.
The questionnaire will have to be designed (by us) around our competency model.

We have just completed some work with a company called ‘Bowland Solutions’ – http://www.bowlandsolutions.com –
We provided a cost-effective 360 survey for a client of ours with their help.
Very competent, flexible and scalable with their on-line 360 tool.
It wasn’t prohibitively expensive either; worth a look.

I have no hesitation in recomending MSA Interactive for this type of work – reasons:
1. Their product allows input of questions to suit your own competencies (ask and they may have some questions which you may be able to use).
2. Size is not an issue for them (they have been known to do a single questionnaire).
3. They can take care of much of the “backroom process” if you wish them too
4. Pricing is competitive.
They have some big clients (Reuters, Visa and others), but offer high levels of service.
