You would think that problem resolution is pretty straight forward, but I guess it helps to have some steps written down so that you can objectively look at how to get some solutions on the board. If you have a team that you can count on to get things done, it shouldn’t take too much effort to have everybody working towards a smooth flowing project too. The real problem is how to get everything on the same page I reckon! Haha!
