‘Sure Fire Method'(?)
Without meaning to sound cynical- I recommend that you post the vacancy on one of the large generalist job sites which seem to ‘Specialise in ALL areas of recruitment'(!).
From my experiences as a recruitment consultant and also through talking to Trainingzone and HRZone members who have advertised vacancies on them, the numbers of responses from the subcontinent has a tendancy to be unusefully high.
Targeted and focused sites with demographically proven audiences are a much better bet.
HRPortal have a service for their clients which I believe can help identify some genuinely relevant sites. Have a look at their PressZone entry here for contact details.
