I am involved in a project to re-design the HR function of a large organisation. This will be around the principles of a HR 'partner'role, recruitment agency, shared information and advice centre, HR consultancy resource. We would like to progress and then test the new structure/processes involving large numbers of the HR community as well as our customers. I am looking for some creative ideas for how we might design and run some sort of large event/workshops to achieve this. Recommended books, papers or personal experience would be gratefully received.
Many thanks
