Voyeurs of the McVeigh execution infected

default-16x9

Within hours of the death of Oklahoma bomber Timothy McVeigh, files were circulating around the internet, claiming to be video clips. However, those users with sufficiently morbid interests to download the files were in for a surprise -the files did not contain any video footage. Instead they infected the recipient computer with the Subseven virus – a trojan horse which give access to hackers. So far, only a limited number of computers have been affected and anyone who has kept their anti-virus software up to date should be protected.
