Alan is a business and lifestyle coach, and for the last 5 years he has focused on performance coaching and experiential learning. His focus is on coaching executives, managers and individuals to perform at higher levels and to achieve and surpass their goals and desires.
He has over 15 years international business experience in, Customer Services and IT, particularly in the High Tech and Internet start-up arenas. His roles included Director of IT & Operations and Senior Consultant in Customer Relationship Management and eCommerce.
He has studied performance coaching with Sir John Whitmore at Performance Consultants and is a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
