In house training function looking to make process training innovative and effective. Any ideas on sources of materials, approaches, activities will be most welcome.
A high volume and relatively complex processing area. Need to cater for group intakes, individuals, new and existing personnel.

Creativity
You really need to be creative when working with systems, as they can be quite dry. I use a number of techniques, including the use of lego, smarties and magic wands (in no particular order!) If you want to talk through some ideas, call me on 01759 304321.
